  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing pTokenAssets.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain features of the Site may require verification as an “accredited investor” as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. Access to such features is restricted until verification is complete.

Any such offer or solicitation will be made only by means of a confidential Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) or similar definitive offering documents.   • Gas fees and network costs are your responsibility
  • On-chain data is public and permanent

  • Your violation of any applicable law
  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Casper, Wyoming.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
